- Each month includes one or more carefully chosen, unique, and beautifully produced photograph that represents the calendar theme. Our primary theme for 5784 is "Synagogues of the World" - Other themes (instead of our primary one) are available. You can also use a customized theme [you provide the pictures].
- Four full pages are available for personalization (pages 2, 3, 30 and 31) plus the back cover. Our template includes optional content that you can use for some those pages. You can also add pages in multiples of four: 4, 8, 12, etc.
- Halachic times for your location included.
- US and Israeli secular holidays are placed on the correct dates on the template. You may leave, modify or remove them (as your situation dictates).
Advertising Space
There is a banner across the bottom of each of the top pages. This space is a large enough to accomodate three business-card sized ads. There are extra boxes at the beginning or end of each month (every month has a minimum of four). Most date “squares” have enough space to add multiple greeting sponsorships.

The ad banner is 2” high by 10.5” wide. After allowing a little “breathing” room for the margins, the three popular sizes are:
- Business card size ad (3 per month): approximately 3.35” x 2”. (You can also make them somewhat smaller and fit four business cards per month of 2.6” width by 2” high.)
- Half-Banner: 5.125” x 2”
- Full-Banner: 10.5” x 2
Compact Size Calendar
The ad banner is 1.4” high by 8.25” wide. After allowing a little “breathing” room for the margins, the three popular sizes are:
- Business card size ad (3 per month): approximately w 2.6" X h 1.4".
- Half-Banner: 4.1” x 1.4”
- Full-Banner: 8.25” x 1.4"
Preparing Your Calendar
Professional Personalization
One of our professional designers will handle the personalization of your calendar. Once we have completed the layout, we will email you a PDF proof. We submit the calendar to print only after we’ve received your final approval.
Calendar customization price ranges from $400 to $650 and includes:
- Halachic z’manim.
- Your choice of "special" and secular holidays placed on the correct dates.
- Three business cards scanned and placed on top pages.
- Up to 60 (birthday, yahrtzeit, anniversary, and events) added on the correct dates. Ask us about additional wishes. Please only submit your dates/events as specified here
- Cover: Organization name and other contact info and/or logos.
- Back Cover: Return Address & Indicia (and/or ads, photos, etc.)
- Inside Front Cover, Page 3 and Inside Back Cover.
- Additional (insert) pages: $30 per page.

We also included a customized hands-on tutorial written specifically for self-calendar layout.
We use PDF Snake to prepare all our documents for the printing press.
